If someone wasn't busy playing golf, going to the Super Bowl and Daytona 500, maybe that request will get signed.
Also there was discussion of the states being responsible for their own disaster response. That will really screw poor red states.

The Commander in Chief and the Secretary of Defense have both committed multiple offenses for which an active duty service member would be discharged. Is this the new standard for moral behavior in the military?
