And also cuz I believe we all deserve a lil treat, the French sable cookie: combine wets, combine dries, dough will be soft. Roll it out between parchment paper for cutout cookies or a log for slicing, refrigerate ~1 hour. Preheat oven to 325°F, bake ~15-17 mins. Buttery and perfect for decorating.
