yep it's the same for both arcs; the reaction is basically non-existent even tho the stakes for both arcs were Extremely High...so it just makes them both seem really pointless since nothing really would've changed had either of them never happened, just less ship moments for the two ships i guess 🤷

the main problem with the arc has to do with the aftermath, but idk if you want that spoiled to explain it...

i think the implication from the dad support is that he became the new target unlike her real father who let it happen before dying and noire believes this means her future can be changed(????? ok then) and yeah, nah's supports with her dad being like "dad did u marry mom bc she looks...y'know" 💀💀💀

i think teddie is fine when it's just him and the protagonist/nanako, but stick him with two or more of the other IT and he quickly becomes the most annoying one in the room 😭 oh well
yukiko got hit with it a bit, she was a "ditzy hyena" early on, but they eased off after a while and she got better

there's bias from the author/staff as they write/interpret her, but i'd say she's just the most overtly egregious part in how the women are handled in the story
it's why i get mad at the anime staff more than end0; he at least treats her flaws like flaws (mostly), not using her crush as a moe point
