The free SSR unit this time is Rapunzel in her Red Ash variant and at least on paper looks to be a strong partner with the meta team of Crown/Naga since she can help Naga activate her skills which then activates Crown more efficiently. But...is she a 20sec B1or 40?

Sooooooo....Nikke just announced the banners for the 2nd Anni. Normally I'd be excited but this year it's a DOUBLE PILGRIM BANNER...Normally rate up is 2% (4% overall SSR rate) but Pilgrims are traditionally 1%. While that's far from the worst rates I've seen, this is still going to be rough....
