It's because they would have more work to be done. Symphonia was already ported to PS3 so it was wasy (They used the PS2 source-code, the GCN they lost)
Also, I believe they skipped Zestiria because even they know that game needs more work...

It's because they would have more work to be done. Symphonia was already ported to PS3 so it was wasy (They used the PS2 source-code, the GCN they lost)

They already said that pre-PS3 era they don't have the source-code to remaster... Symphonia is the only exception because it was remastered already for PS3
