yes hello! I used to take 999 calls for the ambulance service, and now I manage the tech that they use to do that. but each service has its own call handlers, and then there are the BT operators that answer the initial call and put you through to the services, so it depends what you're looking for!

I have attempted to point my domain, @skye.fyi, at the new account — which seems to work if you go to bsky.app/profile/skye..., but doesn't seem to work natively yet (because Bridgy Fed doesn't yet support custom domains). Let's see how well that works…
