I disagree with this policy. It spreads the cost of those missing tax dollars across the rest of society/tax payers... and what about renters who maybe can't even fathom having a house of their own? This benefits a very small part of the population. Please don't do this!

Funny how so many people say Europe is behind the times and doesn't innovate but this has been approved there for years with no adverse effects that I've heard. I don't know why it's not allowed here.
