Putin is very worried about the wave of anti-corruption investigations in UA, because - as he well knows - the government in Kyiv is run by a criminal organization, unlike in RF. And naturally, he is "concerned" about ordinary citizens, which is why the RF continue shelling UA’s civilian population.
