Let this be the year that you release a Robo Pit collection for Evercade. Massive audience for it being mainly me. Thanks so much 😶‍🌫️😎

I think I am also going to try and play through Ocarina of Time. Got maybe half way through on the 3DS and just stopped but will give it a crack on the Switch N64 service

Ah that sucks I really enjoyed the site and writers. Maybe it was due to the first few exoduses from X that caused.

I always mean to get a blog started or even do some youtubing. But never have a spare minute. And any spare I have I am sore, tired or trying to play a game 😂

It is insane! Within the last couple of months we have had health warnings issued for norovirus but also BUM WORMS!!! Like what the actual fuck

Sad to hear! Didn't visit as much as I used to since I left X. But hopefully on to new horizons for you!

It is so fun, can get quite tense when other players show up and you aren't sure what way they lean and then accidental fire causes chaos.

I have played both but never finished them. Need to get back to them, this year is my year of the backlog!

It is definitely worth a shot especially if it is on sale. I didn't think it was the masterpiece some were claiming. There has been way better shmups out in the last few years.

Yeah all ok here mate, just had major bouts of illness in the house the last 5 months, mainly down to the bairn going to nursery or the plague pits as it should be known 😂.

I'm still glad I deleted X but it is hard to build a following here

I am sure he will be back by the end of the year from his move from one side of the office to the next.

It is done! How have you been stranger? Not seen you about in ages!

Anyway that is my GOTY, games I enjoyed the most despite barely having any time to play anything. Here is to more game playing in 2026.

Super Bonus Absolutely GOATED game that will always be number 1 no matter how many times they release it.......

Broken Sword Shadow of the Templars Remastered.

Supported the Kickstarter then went ahead and bought the game on Xbox and Switch 2.

Truly the greatest point and click adventure game!

1. Atomfall - Survival Action FPS Adventure game based in the Lake District. Win, win, win! This game took over my life. The setting & mystery were so tantalising. The gameplay opening up the more I played making me feel more powerful. An absolute masterclass in game design.

2. Clair Obscur Expedition 33 - absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. Characters, story & music, vibes all sensational. However the combat is a bit more miss than hit and a few characters I could not be fucked learning what to do with them 😂. Too much parrying & basing difficulty on that.

Now the top 2 have chopped and changed a lot over the last month but I think I have finally made a decision!

3. Deep Rock Galactic Survivor - ROCK AND STONE! I didn't think there would be a game to surpass Vampire Survivors for me especially one based on a game already but oh my this game is addicting. Mine those rock and stones and kill those bugs! Amazing gameplay loop and just so fun.

4. Donkey Kong Bananza - I love the energy and positivity of this game. The colours and music just bringing this absolute fever dream of a game alive. I kinda had my doubts about this pre-release but it is so fun collecting bananas and wrecking levels.
