Before I hibernate for a few days, I must share this view from end of August. Cumberland beach #StVincent #Caribbean My mother learnt to swim on this beach. I grew up on the #AtlanticOcean side and my dad told me to jump off a rock. The waves dragged me straight in and so I yet to learn how to swim

Yesterday I had to deal with double case of imposter syndrome.. Then on my walk home after my last meeting, I saw this beautiful leaf and in that moment, I felt freed.
