A new paper in #JACS @acsjacs.bsky.social employs aldehyde cyclization chemistry to orthogonally double-label proteins at N-terminal and intra-chain cysteines with paramagnetic tags, allowing the authors to study protein oligomerization using EPR distance measurements.
