Only a Republican revolt saves this. We need to get control of the government back into sane hands.

The logic is that if the CR doesn't pass, Congress cedes power to the President. We need a Republican revolt that Dems can get behind. Write a new CR that protects Social Security and Medicaid. If that fails, impeach Trump and the line of succession including Johnson.

If only a hanful of Republicans break ranks, Congress owns the government again.
