I couldn’t agree more. Many African Leaders likely have Swiss bank accounts that could now be used to help their fellow countrymen but is this likely? Of course not because they think of themselves as an old style Chef who have no regard for their subjects.

There are a lot of African leaders who have very large overseas bank accounts and should be funding this and much more in their countries.
