If I had to percent it, its

Alphinaud 65% of the time and Ophi the other 35% of the time

Koana its 82% of the time and Ophi its the other 18%.

I just dont think Ophi is a kisser she's more of a hugger and hand holder.

I think Alphinaud initiates kisses with Ophi more. Just like quick kisses to the cheek or forehead. But there will be times where he'll fully kiss her just because he wants to.

I also think Koana would initiate kisses with Ophi more and they are more often then not on the lips as he lifts her chin

I think Alphinaud would ask her to hold back on his behalf out of not being able to handle her, he'd be a blush mess, but I dont think Koana wouldn't be able to tell her to stop cuz it melts his heart watching her be so silly.

Hands down its Ophi for both pairings. She doesn't really filter what she says and she's also bold enough to say something so cheesy it makes the room go silent.

In regards to Ophi and Koana i think Wuk picked up on there being something between them right away. It wouldn't be a mater of if they tell her she'd be the one to tell them.

We also see a lot less push back from Ophi's dad just because he's gotten over seeing ophi as just his baby girl now.

I think the most fun case to think about on regards to Ophinaud is Ophi's father. Ophi is not only one of his daughters but is literally baby girl cuz she's the youngest. He'd be so worried about if Alphinaud was treating her right after reading about all the times they've argued. Typical dad mode.

I think the person who'd take the longest to adjust to Ophi and Alphinaud's relationship is Fourchenault. A lot of it is rooted undermining Ophi's talents as a person and it takes a long time for him to unsee the stubborn Eorzean girl that his son brought home.

In the case of Ophi and Alphinaud it was a little rocky with their families finding out. I feel there would be a lot of push back on their relationship from everyone but Alisaie and Ameliance.
Ophi's sister would be the first to come around to both of them dating but she gets to see it in real time
