There is also video of some of the involved individuals getting into an SUV that arrived nearby the scene after the incident.

From my understanding, there is video of the group leaving on the two carts, then later the one Tucker was not on returned to the residence, caught by the same camera. Police went to this residence that night to attempt to make contact. Both carts were in the garage and no one answered that night.

Once again, this comes not only from eyewitnesses, but also video footage. Unfortunately digital evidence was not included, however I plan to call Carl Junction Police Department to attempt contacting those who investigated directly, for their perspective of the evidence.

I will also note that I am not working directly in the legal process, simply making awareness of what happened to the best of the knowledge I have available to me at this time. My efforts are coordinated with those of Tucker's parents but not directly linked.

I thank you for sharing your experience. I am taking this very seriously, and doing my best to ensure I confirm what I am sharing and correct any information that changes as I go forward. I have never directly said that she was there, explicitly. I have explained it as a reasonable assumption.

While I appreciate your concern, I have verified the information as best as I can, and am taking further measures to verify as far as I can. I am in contact with Tucker's family directly, and they have unredacted documents not meant for the public. I would have been corrected if this did not align.

It was a crime of recklessness and negligence on the part of those with Tucker. Sharing the disparity of those who helped vs. those who didn't is important for the world to know what happened. The biggest conflict in statements is from those directly involved. Take that as you will. End/

I have done my best to redact information such as addresses over on FB to maintain the privacy of their personal homes, however. I believe sharing the names of not just those who abandoned Tucker but those who helped and saw what happened to him is the way that we will make the most headway 4/

Additionally, for your concerns about naming folks: this information is public record. All it took was a simple email to the police and a payment for access to the record. The document is redacted of some information but not all. If I did not share names, what would be the point? 3/

For instance, we see a lot of people missing when the golf carts were removed from the scene, due to focus being on Tucker. We also see a lot of witnesses describing the minimal to no aid those who were with Tucker were providing at the scene 2/

Its not necessarily that witness statements are false. We know eyewitness accounts can vary. The primary thing here is to look over the different witness accounts, from both those involved in the incident and outside and compare notes 1/
