I cycle (I don't drive), live close to the area but actively object to this. I've supported every other inititiative that will make cycling safer (LTN's etc), but not this. Cutting down 50 mature trees is not the solution.

Yeah, the part near Abbey Road DLR. Greenway is so useful for me traveling up towards Stratford and beyond.

I really pprove of how they are moving Charlton Station though. Much easier for me. rerouting the track like that, and building the tunnels will be a huge undertaking!
