Checking my email and stumbled across this. At first I was excited by the brief description of the email but opened it up and hilarity ensued. My name isn’t ’Batteries Plus”, I’ve worked for Batteries Plus in the past but that is certainly not my name 😂. Obviously a scam but hilarious nonetheless.

So the one in question about being fake wasn’t this one, but the one regarding the Dow dropping 1000 points is fake or at the very least, the wayback machine could not find anything on that one.

So just switch your plan to Go5G Plus or the other lower tier option and you don’t have to worry about it. Not only that, but by doing so it impacts their metrics for adoption on the plan for it and deals a blow to their bottom line.
