And now I’m 45 and it’s WILD how much awesome stuff I have to be grateful for from the last 5 years. I genuinely feel so much more myself than when I was younger. Maybe the celebration idea will feel easier if you can pinpoint what you’re afraid of, what you think you’ll lose when you hit 40?

What is it that you dread about turning 40? My 40th was during covid lockdown time so I had cake in the park with some friends & it was glorious! I usually sit on my birthday and read back over my morning pages from the last year & note all I’m grateful for.
