I read that as ‘histrionic’ over ‘historic.’

The fun thing is, they know. It is one of the reasons their immigration policy is so inflexible.

Don’t you mean you accidentally included the circulating nurse? 😆

I snort-laughed at this one. Am now planning to use sometime in the ER.

Interesting that they don’t want to just let market forces rule…

ER RN agrees. Has a crazy incident of a pt in an accident with transient global amnesia. Was able to contact wife bc they had been together since pre smart phones and he remembered dialing her number.

I sent mine in, which included 1) being compassionate towards fellow co-workers, 2) providing excellent customer service, 3) spending quality time with my family, 4) not doing drugs 5) not upending policies and procedures in departments I don't understand.

I hate to be the cynic, but are they wrong?? Look at who 'democracy' voted in, and the GOP trifecta?
January 13, 2025 at 9:08 PM
strangely, it works on me as well :D

I hate it here too. I work in the ER and every day is a lesson in a crappy healthcare system.

I see it as the logical consequence of decades of school under funding, insistence on test scores for performance and charter/non-public schools sucking up general education funds.
