Would you be able to put a list together of the ones? I tried getting eCards from a few and they all told me that I had to go in to get a physical copy which defeated the purpose lol.

Are they sending you a copy through email or a direct download then?

Idk what computer stuff you use, but I utilize calibre to move everything over to my kindle so I can avoid the amazon link.
