On this chilly Saturday morning, can anyone else relate?

While dealing with a major pain flare this week on top of caring for my elderly parent whose health issues have also been worse the last few weeks, my depression has been on overdrive. It's taking everything in me to not allow depression to swallow me whole.

What I've learned with my own chronic illnesses, is that holding onto negative vibes, doesn't just hurt you emotionally, but physically as well. Don't let negative vibes fester within you. You deserve peace.
