Sadly the files we get will be heavily redacted and any mention of "dear leader" will have been scrubbed I'm sure.

Re-reading this article it seems like Ford is only involved insomuch as to be the go-between for Amazon and their "authorized dealers" most likely due to the certified pre-owned validation steps that Ford requires.

Ford does own some dealerships. Also as a manufacturer they are ultimately responsible for any vehicle that's been repaired from recall etc., and those can be considered used.

Leases most likely. At the end of a lease a company retains the vehicle if the client doesn't want to outright purchase.

The GOP could have contributed real improvements over the last 15 years, they didn't. I have a hard time believing now that they suddenly want to improve the system. They've never put forth one comprehensive idea or plan in their alleged drive to repeal and replace.
