My credit card company is initiating the process of chargebacks for all of the products that I buy review that they refuse to give me post purchase support for. Including the piece that was supposed to be replaced under warranty replacement.

It's a simple warranty exchange but the "robots" that are supposedly handling customer service were obviously not granted with any kind of artificial intelligence. And if they're not really robots, I'm not sure they were granted with any kind of biological intelligence either.
