oh i forgor Ranger's apprentice is also good for the first 5-6 books, but it kinda fell off for me after that

i'd recommend books like Eragon and The Wheel of Time. also i'd unironically recommend religious fables too, there very interesting to read through. (i'm reading the ramanyana right now)
