This is why even from a logical point of view, it is silly to argue non-state armed groups trigger the right to self defence. Aggression cant be transformed into self defence by the actions of a NSAG

This changed in 2023. Now most South American countries and Mexico have a “Ley de Derribo” - Shoot Down Law. They are all unlawful
