He also avoids the misinterpretation problem that saved Akito from Shin by being able to reissue at his convenience. It would make single targets alone or in a crowd difficult. Considering argoman fights goons and robots hand to hand, I think he’s a well rounded, high tier Geass user.

The fact that he repeats his iconic phrase implies it doesn’t have the ‘once per person’ limitation that’s the Achilles heel of command Geass. But since he only tells people to kill eachother idk how that helps. It does give him a leg up on Shin, who can only tell people to kill themselves once.
