“You cannot do a kindness too soon, for you never know how soon it will be too late.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson
I hope all of these cases that are dismissed, the defendants turn around and sue civilly and press charges criminally since the government and ICE are the ones violating the law and violently assaulting innocent people.

They'll never bring it to the floor

They'll never do it. Democrats and Schumer are so incompetent and worthless, they couldn't even make sure that was guaranteed before they sold us down the river.

These people are sick! I hope she sues the shit out of Blaze Media, Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Tyler Cardon, Gaston Mooney, Steve Baker, Joseph M. Hanneman et al., the likes of which will make them weep worse than pig Alex Jones, leaving them without a penny.

Amen!!

They're literally not on the job. Why is the media so useless. They have NO follow-up, no pushback to lies. Just send in a stenographer machine at this point. The MSM covering this administration is joke.

Journalism 101 that our MSM has largely completely failed us on.

Legal precedent: The ruling creates a precedent that, while the title of "acting" is unlawful, the individual can continue in the underlying role of first assistant, which allows them to remain the senior official in the office.

By holding the first assistant position, he remains the leader of the office and can continue to oversee its functions and duties, a position that does not require the same Senate confirmation as the acting U.S. attorney title. It's a basic run around of the law that the judge has allowed.

This is a horrible ruling! It allows Essayli to continue serving as the 1st asst. U.S. attorney, the highest-ranking position in the office, even though he is disqualified from performing the specific duties of the "acting U.S. attorney" role.
October 29, 2025 at 3:48 PM
Me too. @kyledcheney.bsky.social can you please explain what this means, being that Essayli emphasized that the ruling permits him to continue serving as the highest-ranking official in the office he oversaw. So no actual removal?? What is the point of this decision if there are no consequences?
October 29, 2025 at 3:34 PM
What a joke. No accountability or consequences for these evil people, just slaps on the wrist, then they go right back out into the world violating the law and injuring law-abiding citizens. Until these people actually go to jail, w/ no chances of pardons will any of this stop.
