Not really on stoicism but on the suspension-inaction connection, there are some tentative remarks on suspension understood as a mood being connected to skeptical temperament in our section 6, pages 22-23 here. But it's just at the let's-think-more-about-this level. philpapers.org/rec/GUISAA-3
