I’ve started a new thing where everytime I go upstairs I do 20 press ups.
Due to my terrible memory I do this more times than is necessary

Watched the 2nd episode of #Virdee.
Finding it hard to get into soley for the fact that Virdees wife is a nurse and seems to work as a ward sister, in A&E & ICU where she is caring for Virdees dad (a big ethical minefield)
It seems that her trust is so underfunded she has to cover 3 depts.
