We just talked, and I filled her in. I've rebuilt my life/self so many times, it's scary. Yet I always end up back at rock bottom.
I'm so done, I'm ready to die. Yet I am going to give it one last shot, this time, hopefully with us both.

I obviously have choices. One choice which while of course has been contemplated (separation) I can't choose this option (I can but I won't leave the one I love to exist alone. I say exist alone because for 24 yrs, little if any attempts have been made to help themselves.
