I watch Newsom defending his own safari, with stops at Kirk and Bannon. He doesn't educate his audience about ICE arresting citizens, shooting them, disappearing them. What I hear is a guy calibrating the cross tabs in his latest poll. Meanwhile, all of us out here are increasingly alone.
