Absolutely. How he established that there was “no clear evidence” of a no arms tackle is beyond me. We dug in 2nd half and that’s commendable considering the circumstances, but we rarely troubled their line. They’ve very powerful, but not a great watch if you want sexy rugby.

Can’t afford to be at least one man down for half the game, and more at times, against those absolute pigs. No real issue with our cards, but their non red was a disgrace. Carly is so inept. In truth we struggled to break them down. Clearly 2nd best.

Reminding the players every game their mate died is definitely counterproductive from a sporting sense, as callous as that may sound.

As an Irish rugby fan we loved to hate him due to his abrasive nature on the pitch. But he seems like a decent bloke. Amazing how your perceptions aren’t always accurate.

Was in Chicago at the weekend. Christmas decorations were going up as Halloween ones came down. There was a Santa’s Grotto in Macy’s and loads of gimps wearing Christmas jumpers. It was the 1st of NoFuckingVember.
