Am assuming this ship with most of a wind turbine (?) on it is the one that is, for some reason, blocking another ship that's quite important up north from leaving Leith docks.

I asked for the DPIA for the soon-to-launch mycare.scot app via #FOI. The new service is supposed to provide a "digital front door" to Scotland's health services, and it's due to launch in the next few weeks. It will be dealing with a lot of personal data. But the DPIA is still "in development" ...
