On the 243 to Waterloo today. We stop at the lights. I look down from the top deck and there's a handsome man with a moustache looking up from the street. I wave. He pauses, smiles, waves back. He walks on a bit, stops, turns back and smiles again.

Made the mistake of going over to X to see what people were saying about #Adolescence. For every person, often a woman, talking about its brilliance, even if just from a technical standpoint, there are at least 5 guys in the replies telling them they're wrong. Some weird need to tear this down.

Halfway through Adolescence and all I keep thinking about is the disservice we've done culturally to teenage boys. Perpetuating the Kevin The Teenager stereotype of "they are sullen and moody and quiet and therefore do not engage." Withdrawn does not equate to having nothing to say or feel
