I just requested Saturday off, giving me 5 days off. After a very long holiday season (October to December) I just want my mental health to come back to reality. I don't want to work Saturday, Saturday is my worse day at work. If you have or worked for Amazon you will understand. There is what is called back half and front half.

Good Morning, well Good Evening for all the normal people. I just got up not too long ago, and just finished eating. I finally got my legit tacos I was talking about last week, not those fast food tacos you could get at like Jack in the box, taco bell, taco time, etc. I walked down to my favorite Mexican restaurant, one get thing about the location I live in, I can pretty much just walk to as far as the few places I go, which is nice, I do live in the Seattle area and that is a lot of the reason I don't like driving, driving turns into such a big deal.

Well that was annoying, just finished 'catching up' from my little 24 hour break from social media, which the only social media I use is X/Twitter and scroll scroll scroll and its all the same thing, and you know what I am talking about, and everything so far this morning its all the same. I now have a 4 day weekend, I accepted VTO (Voluntary Time Off) for tomorrow, well tonight, for only working the last 3 days it sure was a long 3 days, probably not going to do much today I stopped by the store on the way home from work and got food for today, which I am sure I will want something later later tonight but we will see when that time comes, I am not huge when it comes to buying food because I never want later what sounds good in the moment so I don't buy too much for groceries so I never really have that much in the house.

As I mentioned yesterday, I don't get into things such as politics to a point I make an opinion and with this day in age your opinion causes a whole debate if not a war. So I don't get into it. But with that said today is the day, Donald Trump has been re-elected and will be back in office as the president of the United States, I have my opinions but I am going to leave it as just that.

Oops sorry, I missed a day yesterday, I wasn't feeling all that great and I did a lot of resting yesterday, mainly mentally preparing for another week of work. Oh well its okay to have off days, but it sure was nice not doing anything for 3 days, I didn't leave or do anything, I didn't even go grocery shopping nor get my laundry done.

Ive watch a few movies today, I am being completely lazy doing NOTHING, I mean that's what your days off are for? My goal is to do nothing for 3 days, anyways I have watched movies today that all seem to take place in California, it crazy to watch these movies and seeing that the landscape no longer exist due to the fires that has been taking place.

Am I the one that has what I call a "food bucket list"? I see things I like and I jot it down on things I want to eat. I saw a Panera commercial, another fun fact. Panera Bread is one of my favorite places to eat it, even if its just a place to go sit down with my laptop and just get a cup of coffee.

I am going to get back into photography, it was my hobby, then life got busy, but I need to start doing something again. Put my Canon DSLR to use, I almost freaked out last night because I couldn't find my battery charger or my SDCARD reader, I had recently bought a new laptop a couple months ago and the weird thing is that it doesn't have a SDCARD reader built in like my old laptop did.

Lately I have been debating on cutting down on all my streaming services, I use to have all of them, the problem is you can only watch one thing at a time and weeks goes on at times where you are just wasting money on all theses services because you are watching one thing on only one service, This year so far I have cut myself down to 4 streaming services, 5 if you count my Pandora account which I have refused to give up, I know people would say this music service or that music service is better, Pandora has never let me down, has everything I have ever wanted to listen to, plus I cant see trying to recreate my playlists on other services, Pandora is one of the OGs and I just stick with it.

10:45 - On lunch.. It's really a quiet night at work with not a lot of people here tonight, it's also my Friday, woo hoo, woke up with a notification for voluntary time off, but without pay, can't afford to do that, but I am glad I came in and didn't accept it, even though it did cross my mind, either that or use pto.

Tonight I have managed to find time and blog as I am in a role today where I am processing damage items and determine if the items are legit damaged or sellable. It is rather just to be left alone in the corner of the building and I'm listening to one of the many true crime podcasts that I listen to.

So the goal is to blog every day, but the problem is the days that I work the blogs are going to be somewhat short and sweet and I really don't have anything to blog about. I do work nights and I just got home a little bit ago and the thing is I am not really tired but the motivation to do anything before going to bed is little to none.

Well I woke up this morning, well evening for all the non zombies. I wasn't really feeling it but I thought I would go in anyways and see what the day brings. All was going good until I was Labor Shared to a different department, I work for Amazon and I work inbound and 1/4 in to my shift I was being told to go to outbound.

What better way to start today with today's national day "Vision Board Day" So what is your vision for 2025? I can tell you this much 2025 hasn't been off to a great start, from mass shootings, terrorism, fires in California, wild weather in parts of the country that isn't use to. So what does the rest of 2025 look like for us?

Early bird catches the worm! F-That! I need to go to bed soon, yes that is abnormal for me, I want to get up at 7am, and just the thought of getting up at that time makes my anxiety go crazy, I don't get up that early. I am a night owl, I work nights, the day time is not for me.

Well today got away from me, I believe I said I wasn't going to do anything, well I did just that. I slept until almost 5pm, took a shower, went and got something to eat and since I have just been watching YouTube and catching up on things I had missed through out the day. 2025 is the year I said I was going to bring my blog back and I did just that.

Overtime you will learn that I have somewhat of a odd schedule, and without telling you all about me on like a 'about me' page, you will learn over time as I continue to write daily, well you might find me writing multiple blog posts in one day and that goes back to me saying I have a odd schedule. I work 60+ hours a week, two jobs and to top it all off I work nights so that makes my schedule even more odd because I tend to take little naps, wake up and go back to bed unless its my days off then I tend to 'try' to sleep a solid 8 hours straight.

If anyone has ever worked for Amazon, one of the things you will always here is "Always Day 1" everything is always changing so what you learned today, tomorrow will be completely different, you had a bad day yesterday, well tomorrow is Day 1 again. As much as I hate hearing "Its Always Day 1" you in fact get a fresh start tomorrow, today's troubles calls for a restart tomorrow.

So I decided I was going to try something new, yes this is indeed a blog, just somewhere to write and share. I don't know what will come of it but I am going to try to put a little twist to the postings with AI and see what is generated by the writings. After this little initial post there will be more thought into my postings, using this as a test post.
