Thanks to everyone who called their representatives after Democratic members voted to fund ICE. Democratic Rep. Tom Suozzi said on social media that he regretted voting to fund ICE following the death of Alex Pretti in Minneapolis this past Saturday.
Suozzi walks back support for ICE funding after Minnesota shooting
The New York representative said he "failed" to see the DHS bill as a "referendum" on ICE and will "do a better job" in the future.
