What is your warm up routine before a tournament? How many practice throws do you take before the first hole? Do you focus on putting or distance throws?

Signed up for a charity disc golf tournament this weekend. Third tournament this year and first in almost six months after a shoulder injury sidelined me. MA4 better be ready.
Not planning to record it, but working on behind the scenes stuff to get the channel ready.
