🪶I feel that too. I've managed to get my normal dnd group to branch out a bit, and we've been playing a fair bit of pathfinder 2e, which has felt pretty fresh.

But we've also begun poking around into things like city of mist and vampire the masquerade, which is fun.

Also WOTC really heavily favour's casters to the detriment of martial characters.
