I try not to stress what I cannot control. I try to take 1 thing at a time. But life is stacking up on me. Another death in the family. That's 2 in < 4 months. Car trying to go kaput. Screwed up a credit card payment that's going to cost me. And all things Christmas. It will be what it will be. Sad.

I planned our #cremation & burial today. Pre-planned, pre-paid, toast to earth. No visitation. I told them I wanted popcorn in my pockets before cremation. Got to find ways to express myself. I have friends volunteering for the role of #death. Just to stand off in the distance. Quiet & mysterious.

I have #leukemia. #CLL. I have a negative measles titer. I can not have the #MMR. My former #vaccines no longer protects me. #Measles in immunocompromised individuals can be fatal. This is a reminder that you might need an update. I am grateful to those getting the MMR to protect their community.

I can't be the only person that finds a weird #satisfaction in writing a #post that is exactly the allowed number of characters and spaces. It doesn't happen often, and often happens as I try to pare down my thoughts to fit in the allotted space. Getting creative with my words and/or use of symbols.

Today is my birthday. We have 9 inches of snow and a layer of ice. More snow coming. This is not normal for us. The roads are impassable. No cake for me. ::pout::
