Robbins Pathology covers, but doesn’t go into molecular explanations as in an advanced immunology course - I saw references immune capping as part of the B-cell activation mechanism & membrane receptor behavior in immunology years ago. Med. Students have to cover a lot of ground with limited time.

Was hoping to hear more about possible solutions & didn’t catch any thoughts on the Surgeon General nominee? Cabinet secretaries serve at the pleasure of the president, and even with the current polling, we may be in for a few more years. Each day a new adventure.

Interesting, even though SARS-CoV-2’s native spike spacing may limit BCR crosslinking, vaccines can surpass this limitation by altering antigen geometry, conformation, and persistence—driving stronger germinal center reactions and more long-lived plasma cells than natural infection often produces?

Environmental effects are where some gaps and controversies are highlighted in the EFSA assessment. I try to keep up with litigation and human health aspects where more than $10B has exchanged hands despite regulatory consensus. Tough enough & space limited here.

In this instance, best consider the most recent reviews that address monograph 112. Glyphosate is not carcinogenic, mutagenic, or reprotoxic, as concluded by EFSA/ECHA and while acknowledging knowledge gaps, these assessments represent the most comprehensive evaluation of a pesticide ever conducted.
