Just outside Boise, grew up in a little town about 40miles N of Boise. It was all orchards and farmland and now it’s subdivisions. But that was a long time ago so i guess it was bound to happen.
I moved to Eugene/Springfield in the 90’s and was there until 2002. Love the PNW because of it.

Wow, thats so cool. The panhandle of idaho is so beautiful. I’ve only been up there a couple of times, but I so wish I would’ve been a photographer when we drove through the Palouse 😍

Thank you. Many of my photos take on a painterly effect. My fave are the ones that look like old impressionist paintings. I would never say it but an old guy on threads said they remind him of Degas and i about fell over… 😂 im still pretty new to it. This one is abt the mnts though, not the photo:)

Oh definitely… since i took this, my favorite time to take photos is in low light of sunset, dawn or even foggy conditions. I just happened to be there.. this one isnt too bad but some of my photos in full sun, i find harsh now. Btw, Wash, is one of the most beautiful states. 😍

Thank you. Still learning but i enjoy it. And Idaho gives me my favorite subjects… nature itself with mountains, rivers and wildlife and agricultural landscapes.

Oh that’s wonderful! It is one of my favorite places. Luckily, only a couple of hours away from where I live. What a beautiful place to have your first camping trip together. 🫶🏻
