Potato recipe I stupidly wasn't using until recently. Boil small potatoes (3 inches or so), skin on, until cooked. Small amount of oil in roasting pan. Smush on pan. Brush tops with oil, toss on salt (and rosemary if you like). 375 oven, bottom rack for 30 min, top rack for 30. You're welcome.
