Decided to experiment and made #sourdough discard mac & cheese crackers. They're like Cheez Its, but a little more savory. I added a bit of garlic powder, and I used the Mac Daddy Mac & Cheese cheddar powder for the cheese flavor. HOLY CRAP, GUYS. ONE OF THE BEST THINGS I'VE EVER MADE.

Decided to grow catnip in one of my hydroponic units, and the kitties were allowed near it for the first time today. #Caturday

So. I started a hydroponic garden a few months ago as a form of therapy and well... I live in the wasteland, and I've never succeeded in growing anything in the ground. AND LOOK AT THE CUTE LITTLE BUDS ON MY BELL PEPPER PLANTS!! And those HUGE leaves! 😍
