Meds lol, but I’ve also intentionally gaslit myself into believing that studying is my “special interest” so it’s really easy to hyperfixate on a task and get into flow state. I like to think “I am Pavlov, and his dog”, so I just repeat to my myself that I’m obsessed with whatever task I’m doing.
