A lot of orgs treat AD like a black box — just follow the ritual and hope nothing breaks.

It works… until it doesn’t. Then nobody really understands the fundamentals anymore.

Totally agree.

Speed changes perception. Once charging feels as quick and effortless as refuelling, the mental barrier disappears.

Same pattern everywhere: reduce friction → adoption follows.

I’ve seen this firsthand — for small tools, people decide in 2–3 seconds whether to stay or close the tab.Improving speed didn’t just help SEO, it reduced bounce and increased actual tool usage.

From real experience — most sites are slow not because of hosting, but because of too many scripts, trackers, and heavy UI. When I removed clutter and kept pages lightweight, load time dropped and engagement improved.

Speed today is less about tricks, more about simplicity and fewer requests.
