Same with my husband. When Stop & Shop employees wore green polo shirts as a uniform people would ask my husband for help finding things in the store because he wore a jacket the same color. He wouldn’t correct them he would just help. Without my permission.

As a short person I’m asking the nearest tall person for help in the store. I don’t have time to get a permission slip signed.

Just finished reading it and had to lay down it was so stressful. Initially when these outbreaks started I was feeling really bad for new parents navigating all the stress and fear that comes with caring for infants and toddlers. Now I’m scared for everyone.

This is the only instance where I’m on board with the “let them” theory (lol).

I bought this to read thinking I would be helping a loved one and I ended up being the main character in the family drama. It’s so, so good and I recommend it to everyone.

For me it feels like Mail Merge because I am both dramatic and old.

I left a job I loved to have my 1st kid nearly 22 years ago because it was cheaper for me not to work. I hate that not only has nothing changed, it has become exponentially worse for young families.

They hate being adults. They whine about paying for groceries, utilities, taxes, child support. They rail against the government and wax nostalgic about high school and Big Wheels on Facebook.

The use of the word “injury” is so telling but also contradicts previous press conferences where he calls autism a “disease.” mAke uP yOuR mInD which horrible lie you are going to tell about neurodivergence.

Living in a place where this isn’t the norm I remember standing in line at a Walgreens in the Midwest behind an elderly man with gun visible in a holster. He was protecting no one and anyone could have grabbed the gun from him.

As the parent of two young adults who are autistic and were born shortly after the debunked study I cannot tell you how heartbreaking this is. People were obsessed with not having a child with autism for years. That will all be back only worse.
