This sounds so good! If you had a recipe, I'd make it in a heartbeat, but I might just try to make it without one. This also just inspired me to go down a rabbit hole into Takikomi Gohan 😵💫 Thank for sharing!

I'm just a home cook, no linked recipe, but this is a classic French pot roast using various cuts of lamb. Brown meat, then build your base with onion, carrots, celery, garlic, tomato paste, flour, then deglaze with wine, put back meat, stock, and herbs. Cook in covered pot at 325°F for 3-4 hours 🤗
