yeah, committing to an AP is a huge time commitment relative to most new media, its a hard sell

oh I definitely agree cast is insufficient when describing the AP. I'm really interested in whatever answer you land on because the market seems so saturated right now it feels hard to stand out

that is so many properties for a single component my eyes are bleeding

yeah! but also, part of the draw of actual play vs traditional storytelling is the cast, IMO. like I'm not watching characters do things, I'm watching players play characters and that's kind of part of the medium
