And, charges are being pursued against the person who abandoned her.

As we stand up for cats and kittens like Bell, we're grateful to have our dedicated supporters with us. We don't back down when cats face cruelty and neglect, and you are the reason we can seek, and achieve, justice.

Since then, we're glad to say Mouch and other cats who were removed from the property have been cared for and are now safe in adoptive homes. But for their sake, we are seeking justice. We will keep you updated.

We will be attending the trial in person and following this case to the end as we make our voice heard: Cruelty to cats cannot stand unpunished.

All of the cats rescued were ill and many, like Mouch, were so severely matted that they were nearly unrecognizable. They had to be shaved completely.

🐾 Use smelly, enticing food as bait—like canned mackerel.
🐾 Use a bigger trap to encourage cats who are skeptical of small spaces to enter.
🐾 Cover the trap with a natural material, like burlap, to better disguise it. A covered trap will feel more enticing and safe to a cat!
