It hasn’t been. It’s mostly been whatever. Twitter files was excellent despite the messenger problem, this latest thing is dogshit. If he fixes this I think overall it evens out.

1. Scout ahead for neighborhoods and such. Google maps and advice can only take you so far.
2. If there’s stuff to move, hire a moving company—and splurge on it. And start early.
3. If you’re moving things, rent furnished for ~a month so you can move things into the final apt comfortably.
